The 50,000 m2 facility will be located on the waterfront in Abu Dhabi city. The project will contain cultural, recreational and education facilities for women in the UAE. The club will include a conference hall and accommodation, multipurpose auditorium, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a spa facility, women’s health facilities, craft and education facilities, children nursery and recreation areas. Our main scope on this project was: Conditions of contract, Budget estimate, detailed pricing, conditions of contract, specifications, detailed bill of quantity and tender evaluation.
