Al Houara Coastal Resort

One of the major projects in North Africa is Al Houara Coastal Resort, which is located in northwest Morocco, on the Atlantic Coast approximately 18 km (30 minutes) south of Tangier and 2.5 hours north of the capital  Rabat. The project is a total of 23 hectares in size and has a direct ocean frontage of 2.4 km; it is a mixed-use development, comprising a golf course, two hotels, a conference center, Kasbah, commercial center and extensive residential villas and apartments. Our main scope on this project was: Conditions of contract, specifications, detailed bill of quantity and detailed pricing.
