The project is composed of 17 mixed use buildings serving as residential apartments, offices, retail shops, hotel, clinics and a souk with a total built up are of 194,000m2 over a 40,000 m2 land. Our main scope on this project was: Employer representation, project management, detailed bill of quantity, specifications and detailed pricing.
