Equestrian Club Water Front Project is stretched on a large area west of Corniche road, covering and area of 149,820m² on shore 182,80m² reclaimed area, making the overall site area of 332,000m². The building coverage in the project will be limited to 26% of the overall site area leaving around 245,000m² of open areas for different types of landscape, access roads, water features, looping promenade, public seating areas and the interactive fountain.
