An Award-winning design that tells the revival story of Mesopotamia through a prestigious architectural competition to design the new compound of the Secretariat General for the Council of Ministers in Baghdad. The project site is located in the Green Zone at Baghdad, Republic of Iraq and shall be the new Headquarters of the Iraqi Government. A multi storey building with a bua of 120,000m2. Our main scope on this project was: Detailed bill of quantity, specifications and detailed pricing.
